27 Tar Heels Headed To U.S. Olympic Trials


A total of 27 University of North Carolina former, current and future swimmers are slated to begin competition June 29 in the 2008 United States Olympic Swimming Trials, seeking a spot on the Olympic team which will compete in August in Beijing, China. The trials will run through July 6 and will be held in a temporary facility at the Qwest Center in Omaha, Neb. (Tar Heel Blue)
