Dexter Strickland enjoying quick basketball baptism
It was just about a month ago when Dexter Strickland finally felt at home. He had been at Chapel Hill, for two months, trying to learn a new position on one of the most storied courts in college basketball while fitting in and finding his way around UNC’s campus. The pressure of it all seemed to hang over him like the retired numbers of the legends that came before him. Then he got his jersey, and it all finally sunk in: He really was a Tar Heel.
