Elijah Hood, UNC players sign shirt for 10-year-old with cerebral palsy

Elijah Hood orchestrated an incredibly nice gesture for a young fan recently — a fan he didn't even know. The North Carolina sophomore running back had the entire football team sign a T-shirt for a 10-year-old Tar Heels fan named Jason, who had returned home from a weeklong hospital stay after undergoing several operations as a result of having cerebral palsy.
