Stephen A. Smith Calls Yankees Closer With Mariano Rivera-esque Stats "Non-Closer"
Posted Sep 23, 2015
Stephen A. Smith has opinions on things. Baseball for instance. Mariano Rivera retired before last year so the Yankees new closer(s?) obviously suck. Just last night some dude named Andrew Miller blew a save before the Yankees’ bats bailed him out with 3 runs in the top of the 10th to beat the Blue Jays, 6-4. The only problem is that the Yankees are 77-0 this season when leading after 8 innings.
