What it will take for shorthanded Baylor to beat North Carolina in the Russell Athletic Bowl

No. 17 Baylor has struggled the past two seasons to cap off successful seasons with a win, falling in the 2014 Fiesta Bowl and 2015 Cotton Bowl after being favored in both. However, the Bears have an opportunity to remedy the situation with a marquee matchup against No. 10 North Carolina on Dec. 29 in the Russell Athletic Bowl.
