Wake Forest baseball, fighting for spot in ACC Tournament, faces UNC in weekend series

Wake Forest’s road to the ACC Baseball Tournament will run through Couch Ballpark for a second straight weekend when the Deacons play a three-game series against 13th-ranked North Carolina. The teams play at 6 p.m. Friday, 4 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday. “We have an opportunity to make a statement — that we can play with anybody,” coach Tom Walter said.
