UNC must navigate obstacles better to improve on 3-9 season in 2018

The goal for UNC is simply to improve upon last fall's 3-9 record -- and a component to that will certainly be having one named quarterback, but don't expect Larry Fedora to tip his hand. The Tar Heels lost six offensive starters and five defensive starters, but Fedora sees strength in the younger players who will fill the vacancies in about half the starting roles.
