UNC Football Cutting Down on Catastrophic Plays

The pair of catastrophic plays against Miami eliminated UNC’s opportunity to scratch out a headline-grabbing upset in an otherwise drab 2017 season. It also served as a microcosm for a Tar Heel defense that played well enough for long portions of time but coughed up too many game-changing, momentum-swinging plays in stumbling to a 3-9 record.
