Ashley Hoffman named ACC Field Hockey Co-Defensive Player of the Week

North Carolina senior Ashley Hoffman has been named ACC Field Hockey Co-Defensive Player of the Week following the Tar Heels' 2-0 win at Duke on Friday. Hoffman, the team captain, anchors a Tar Heel defense that has earned five shutouts in eight games this season and has given up just three goals.
