Charlotte Smith-Taylor teaches toughness

Although Charlotte Smith-Taylor didn't have coaching experience, she had credibility. Smith-Taylor hit the game-winning 3-pointer as time expired to give UNC its only national title in 1994. She has played several seasons in the WNBA; and at 32, she is young enough that the players can relate to her.
