For a second straight night, a Tar Heel veteran connected on a game-winning, eighth-inning homerun to boost North Carolina one step closer to the NCAA title. This time it was Chad Flack blasting a two-run bomb to left field to post a 4-3 victory over Fresno State. “I was looking just to make sure I did my job to get [Kyle] Seager over [to third base], and he just happened to leave one over the plate for me.”
