UNC Men's Lacrosse Opens Season With 20-9 Victory Over Mercer

The North Carolina men’s lacrosse team got its season started off on the right foot on Saturday in Atlanta, as it cruised to a 20-9 victory over the Mercer Bears. Midfielder Justin Anderson led the way for the Tar Heels with three goals on five shots for Carolina (1-0), who opened up an 11-3 lead by the halftime break and never looked back the rest of the way.
