Carolina Softball Downs Virginia for Second ACC Sweep

Limiting the Cavaliers to four hits in 10 innings, UNC downed Virginia, 8-0 in both games of Sunday's doubleheader to clinch their second sweep of the season (Highlights). The Tar Heels tallied 18 hits, highlighted by Lexi Godwin's grand slam in game one. Megan Dray and Brittany Pickett homered in the series finale to total six extra-base hits Sunday.
