Nine UNC Teams Earn APR Recognition Awards


Nine UNC athletic programs have earned NCAA Recognition Awards for outstanding Academic Progress Rates, the NCAA announced on Wednesday. That marks the third straight year UNC has won the most recognition awards among public schools in the ACC and ties Rutgers for the most awards won by any public school in the Power 5 Conferences.
