Jamie Ortega Named Women's Lacrosse National Offensive Player Of The Week

UNC attacker Jamie Ortega has been honored as the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association National Offensive Player of the Week, the IWLCA announced Wednesday. Ortega tallied 19 points with 13 goals in three ACC tournament games last week, earning MVP honors as the Tar Heels captured their fourth straight ACC Championship.
