UNC Volleyball Signs 8-Year-Old Team Impact Athlete

On Saturday, coach Joe Sagula signed 8-year-old Kelsie Houston through Team Impact to the Tar Heel volleyball team. Kelsie was diagnosed at birth with cystic fibrosis, a chronic, progressive, and incurable disease that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. Through Team Impact, Kelsie will become an official member of the UNC volleyball team.
