Booze pushes UNC's concessions sales to new records

North Carolina is one cashing in after the state legislature granted public universities the right to sell alcoholic beverages at sporting events. In fact, through three home football games this season, UNC has netted more than $1 million in concessions sales and set two sales records. Against Clemson, concessions blasted through the record set just weeks before.
