Swofford recounts emotions of ACC Network launch, optimistic on Comcast

As the driving force behind the ACC Network, John Swofford was understandably emotional when the project launched Aug. 22. Devoting more than a decade of your career to an all-encompassing objective will do that. What Swofford, in his 23rd year as the league’s commissioner, didn’t fully realize was how invested the ACC’s partners at ESPN are.
