North Carolina rolled past VCU, 8-3, on Wednesday en route to its third-straight victory (Highlights). The Tar Heels jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning before the Rams cut the lead in half in the top of the second. Both squads were quiet until the Tar Heels exploded in the sixth for four runs behind home runs from Jake Holtzapple and Aaron Sabato.
