NC State signee Josh Hall will go through the NBA draft process while maintaining his college eligibility, he announced Monday. He played at Moravian Prep in North Carolina his senior season, as well as a year of prep school. If Hall stays in the draft, it would mark the second straight year a key recruit bypassed playing for the Wolfpack in favor of the draft.
