When UNC faced Charlotte in Cary on April 16, 2008 they were 30-7. Chad Flack had 3 hits, including the 300th of his career, and set the program record for career at bats. Tim Federowicz had a trio of hits. Dustin Ackley, Kyle Seager, and Seth Williams all had a pair of hits and the win gave the Tar Heels their 6th of what would become a 12 game win streak.
