Gianluca Dalatri Signs Free Agent Deal With St. Louis Cardinals

Gianluca Dalatri has signed with the St. Louis Cardinals as an undrafted free agent, the organization announced Sunday. With limited work as a Tar Heel due to injury, Dalatri has been impressive on the mound at UNC. The hurler did not see time on the mound in 2020. In 2019, he went 1-1 with a 2.25 ERA before missing the rest of the season due to injury.
