'Everyone was emotional': UNC softball looks forward after shortened season

When the NBA suspended its season due to the COVID-19 outbreak and many conference basketball tournaments barred fan attendance, the UNC Softball team was traveling through Tennessee. Then, coach Donna Papa found out there would be a conference call at 2 p.m. Having an idea of how the call might end, the team stopped for lunch.
