'Practice retirement' during COVID-19 helped lead Mike Fox to his real retirement
Posted Aug 8, 2020
Mike Fox began his coaching career as a graduate assistant in 1979, at his alma mater and a place that he has always loved — UNC. "I've been in love with UNC ever since I was a kid, and I'm always going to be in love with UNC. To this day, I'm thankful. For me, today is a very special and great day to be a Tar Heel." Between 2006-18, the Tar Heels made seven College World Series trips.
