NCAA cancels Division-I fall championships this year


NCAA President Mark Emmert said Thursday that the NCAA will not hold DI fall championships this year. The announcement affects men's and women's cross country, field hockey, FCS, men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball and men's water polo. Emmert also said the NCAA is looking into holding fall sports championships in winter or spring. (NCAA.com)
