Five-star point guard Kayla McPherson commits to UNC


Madison County (Ga.) High School’s is considered a can’t miss 5-star basketball recruit. North Carolina landed her on Sunday. The 5-foot-7 point guard is ranked No. 15 in the 2021 women's basketball recruiting class. In June, McPherson narrowed her list of offers to North Carolina, N.C. State, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, and Arizona. (Online Athens)
