UNC Field Hockey Shuts Out Wake Forest, 5-0

North Carolina Field Hockey closed their regular season on Friday evening, beating Wake Forest 5-0 at Karen Shelton Stadium (Highlights). Behind a hat trick from junior Erin Matson, the Tar Heels improved to 7-1 overall and 4-1 in ACC play heading into next week's ACC Championship, which after a surprise announcement on Friday they'll now be hosting.
