UNC Softball Downs Boston College On Opening Day


Highlighted by a 3-run walk-off home run by Taylor Greene to wrap up opening day, North Carolina defeated Boston College in two games at Anderson Stadium to begin the 2021 softball season (Highlights). In the seventh inning of game one tied 3-3, the Tar Heels plated four runs on four hits for the 7-3 win. UNC's success continued into game two. (GoHeels.com)
