Top seed North Carolina picked up a 4-0 victory over South Carolina State on Friday in the first round of the NCAA Women's Tennis Championship in Chapel Hill. North Carolina (27-0) will face No. 29 Old Dominion in Saturday's second round match at 4 p.m. The Monarchs earned a 4-2 victory over No. 33 Arkansas on Friday morning on the indoor courts.
