No. 24 UNC Women's Basketball Hosts Syracuse Thursday - Pregame Notes


The No. 24 North Carolina women's basketball team plays its first home ACC game of the season on Thursday, hosting Syracuse for a 4 p.m. tip-off at Carmichael Arena.
