Erin Matson: I like to think one of my strengths is my ability to juggle multiple things at once and still be able to execute. Our lives are a series of multitasks. Whatever the undertaking, we all do a LOT more multitasking than we realize. Sports serve as a series of multitasks as well, like the ability to compete at the highest level but also learn from failure.
