Jamie Ortega Named USA Lacrosse Magazine D-I Women's Player of Week

Leave it to Jamie Ortega to break open what might have been the biggest game of the season for North Carolina. Fittingly it was Ortega, the decorated fifth-year attacker, who started UNC’s turning of fortunes in the ACC championship game against Boston College. Down at halftime, the Tar Heels leaned on Ortega, who scored 66 seconds into the third period.
