The North Carolina Tar Heels women's lacrosse team did not lead Northwestern in their NCAA Tournament Final Four showdown until the final 63 seconds. With 1:03 left in the fourth quarter, UNC attacker Sam Geiersbach scored her fifth goal of the match. Geiersbach's goal put North Carolina up 15-14 vs. Northwestern, and that was the final score.
