UNC baseball’s Vance Honeycutt ‘in a zone’ right on time for 2022 NCAA Tournament

In his effort to convince North Carolina head baseball coach Scott Forbes that he wanted the starting assignment in the 2022 ACC Tournament championship game, pitcher Max Carlson figured four days of rest would be enough. Then, Tar Heels teammate Vance Honeycutt provided Carlson plenty of run support with his first two at-bats on Sunday afternoon.
