Dalton Pence Named 2022 Coastal Plain League Pitcher of the Year


The Coastal Plain League announced Friday that has been named 2022 CPL Pitcher of the Year. Pence, a freshman at UNC, led all league starters with an impressive 0.88 ERA on the summer. He surrendered just four earned runs in seven starts and finished with a perfect 5-0 record with one save. He also held opposing batters to a .171 BAA. (Coastal Plain League)
