Former UNC Cornerback Storm Duck Commits To Penn State

Penn State added to its secondary via the Transfer Portal on Wednesday, securing a commitment from former UNC cornerback Storm Duck. Duck is coming off a 2022 season in which he posted 46 tackles, 10 pass deflections, and 3 interceptions with the Tar Heels. Duck made nine starts as a freshman in 2019 before enduring a pair of injury-riddled seasons.
