UNC Baseball's Saturday Scrimmage Goes Into Extra Innings

The Blue squad rallied with three runs in the bottom of the tenth inning to take a 4-3 win over Navy on Saturday at Boshamer Stadium. An Eric Grintz sacrifice fly to center gave Blue an early 1-0 lead in the first. The scrimmage was scoreless until Tomas Frick hit a ninth-inning solo homer to left. Connor Bovair and Will Sandy were the starting pitchers.
