Down two starters, UNC Women's Basketball's 8-game win streak snapped at Louisville

With starting guard Eva Hodgson out three to four weeks with an upper-body injury, starting wing Alyssa Ustby also was out Sunday with a lower-body injury against a talented Louisville team in a tough road environment. The Tar Heels battled but couldn’t overcome all that, missing Ustby’s all-around play, particularly rebounding, in a 62–55 loss.
