Former UNC DB Storm Duck Transferring From Penn State After One Semester

Earlier this offseason, Penn State landed one of the top-ranked transfer portal players in the nation: Storm Duck. Duck was a former All-ACC honorable mention with the North Carolina Tar Heels and was set to play a major role on this year’s Penn State football defense. Now, less than a week after the Penn State spring game, Duck will re-enter the portal.
