UNC Women's Tennis Shuts Out No. 10 Virginia To Advance To ACC Championship Match


The UNC women's tennis team (29-0) defeated No. 10 Virginia (18-6) 4-0 on Saturday at the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center on the Duke University campus. The Tar Heels and Cavaliers battled in singles play. UNC's won over Hibah Shaikh, while No. 1 took down No. 51 Natasha Subhash 6-2, 6-2, giving the Heels the 3-0 lead. (GoHeels.com)
