Former UNC DB Storm Duck Commits To Louisville After One Semester At Penn State

Former North Carolina defensive back has found another home following a four-month stint at Penn State. The cornerback will transfer to Louisville. The news follows an abrupt end to his brief career with the Nittany Lions. Entering the transfer portal late last week, Duck needed just two days to pick the Cardinals as his next destination.
