ACC baseball defensive player of year Vance Honeycutt still day-to-day


The bad news for UNC headed into the ACC baseball tournament this week is that center fielder still is listed as day-to-day with a lower-body injury. The good news is that Honeycutt is ACC Defensive Player of the Year, and all of the Tar Heels have served the NCAA-mandated suspensions following the incident in the Gardner-Webb game.
