Where is Tobin Heath? Knee injury sees US women's soccer star not playing for USWNT at World Cup

Veteran American defender Tobin Heath, who has amassed 181 international appearances for the U.S. and scored 36 goals across a glittering career, has not been selected to the roster of players heading to Australia and New Zealand to compete in the showcase FIFA World Cup tournament. Now 34 years old, Heath has battled a multitude of injuries.
