Tar Heels in the Women’s World Cup: Katie Bowen

Legendary UNC women's soccer coach Anson Dorrance coached some stellar international players during his tenure, and now another one of them will be participating in the 2023 FIFA World Cup. Former Carolina midfielder Katie Bowen will represent her home country of New Zealand in this year’s tournament for the fourth time in her career.
