Mateen James Named UNC Softball Assistant Coach


After serving as director of sports performance for the past two seasons, UNC softball head coach announced that Aquilla "Kiwi" Mateen James has been elevated to assistant coach. After graduating in 2016 from UNC with a degree in exercise and sports science, Mateen served as the volunteer assistant for the Tar Heels from 2016-18. (GoHeels.com)
