How Cory Alexander got mixed up in a sticky replay situation during the Virginia basketball game

Cory Alexander is one of Virginia basketball’s all-time greats, a guard who scored 1,286 points for the Cavaliers. But Friday night, Alexander appeared to take a heel turn, at least in the eyes of UVa’s coach, Tony Bennett. With 59.4 seconds to go, and UVa clinging to a 71-69 lead, officials ruled that a ball had gone out of bounds off Florida’s Walter Clayton. (Richmond Times-Dispatch)
