Tar Heel Women seeking rhythm
Posted Nov 17, 2008
UNC coach Sylvia Hatchell has said last season's women's basketball team, which finished 33-3 overall and 14-0 in conference play, entered the season playing at a high level and maintained it throughout. In a new season, without senior post standouts Erlana Larkins and LaToya Pringle, Hatchell said her No. 6-ranked Tar Heels are good but have much room to grow before they become great. Hatchell cited Sunday's 77-65 victory over VCU as an example.
