Texas Tech has yet to lose with North Carolina transfer Kerwin Walton in the starting lineup. His presence on the basketball court has spread defenses out with his natural offensive skill, and his dedication to defensive improvements have made him an important piece of the Red Raiders' puzzle. Walton didn't even take up basketball until the sixth grade. (Lubbock Avalanche-Journal)
