Lexi Donarski played 38 minutes. Deja Kelly played 38 minutes — only 38, considering that she’d played the full 40 in six of the previous nine games. There just aren’t any other options. North Carolina is running out of guards, but the Tar Heels keep finding ways to win — and found a way Thursday to deal No. 6 N.C. State only its fourth loss of the season.
