UNC Softball Sweeps Doubleheader With Back-To-Back Shutouts


The North Carolina softball team (16-3) earned back-to-back shutout victories Sunday over Lafayette and Campbell to cap off a 5-1 week for the Tar Heels. UNC opened the day with a 13-0 five-inning victory over the Leopards, before grabbing a 6-0 win over the Camels. At the plate, Destiny Middleton hit a team-best .800, going 4-for-5 for Carolina.
